Andrew (Andy) Suarez is the founder and lead inspector of All County Home Inspections, Inc. His expertise didn't come from a textbook — it came from a lifetime of hands-on building and renovation. Andy's passion for construction began at a young age. As a boy and teenager, his brother-in-law took him under his wing, teaching him the fundamentals of building and renovating — having him help with hands-on projects that sparked a lifelong love of craftsmanship. As an adult, Andy spent 11 years remodeling his home in Tampa, applying and expanding everything he had learned. He handled tile work, plumbing, electrical systems, structural work, trusses, and countless other aspects of renovation — a decade-long labor of love that sharpened his skills across every trade. Then, Andy and his wife purchased land in Hernando County and built their current home from the ground up. Andy managed the project from frame stage to Certificate of Occupancy in just 4 months — overseeing subcontractors and personally handling key finishing work including painting and detail work. That's not just efficiency; that's expertise. But his craftsmanship doesn't stop there. Andy is currently building a 5,000+ square foot two-story barn entirely from scratch. He cut the trees down himself, milled them into slabs, built his own trusses, engineered every structural element by hand, and is completing every aspect of the project start to finish.
